@Ask_Spectrum When I called at 8am this morning your automated message system told me service would be restored by 11 am. Once 11 am passed, the ETA was not given. This is like the 6th time this is happened in the past 9-10 days and each outage gets longer.

@Ask_Spectrum I was told last month (by Spectrum) that Spectrum was going to be rolling out a program to refund customers for the time periods that our service is out. Since we get late fees & low grace periods & have no service often, this should happen ASAP. What’s up with it?
